Power Plant Management Services, LLC (PPMS) provides General Management Services to financial owners of power generating facilities. We only work in the power industry. We manage cash flows, ensure the equipment is being operated and maintained for the long term, ensure that all governmental regulations are adhered to, that GAAP accounting is provided, taxes are paid, all contractual provisions are adhered to, new contracts, revisions, and amendments are entered into when appropriate, insurance is in place, etc. We know how to deal with the myriad of issues in this industry.

We are focused on ensuring that the safety performance, environmental performance, regulatory compliance, accounting principles, and the laws of chemistry and physics are understood and are well managed.

We like a challenge, and turnaround situations are particularly attractive to us, as is new construction.
Our primary business is to provide these general management services under long term agreements. However, we can assist in specific tasks such as:

2. Power plant construction management oversight,
3. Getting the infrastructure in place to manage new facilities,
4. Assessments of management programs, and
5. Other tasks that require a broad understanding of the business of power generation.
